Meet Erin
Erin Kottich, DPT, a Yutan, Nebraska, native, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2012. After she started her career as a personal trainer and pilates instructor, she longed to connect pilates with rehabilitation and wellness. This desire led her to pursue physical therapy school and is still what fuels her holistic treatment approach. Erin is also a pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist, certified in Graston Technique and cupping and trained through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Erin and her husband Jon live outside of Lincoln with their four children, Reece, Paisley, Raegan and Jeter.
Erin is…
A family-centered, faith-driven and loyal wife, momma, sister, daughter and friend. Her husband Jon of 10 years and their four kids are her world and one of the main reasons she founded InspireLife.
Her life mission…
Is to love and serve. She is a true nurturer and her restorative personality conveys her sincerely caring, honest and relational approach toward anyone she’s blessed to work with.
She gets it all done…
With help from a cup of coffee in hand, a smile and daily prayer.
