Back In The Swing of Things
Two years ago I injured my back playing golf. For the next year or so, I would often feel dull pain in my back throughout the day and night and sharp pain and spasms when I made a golf swing.
Pain relief through pilates (virtually!)
When I started working with Erin, I was experiencing uncomfortable left hip pain radiating down my leg. Through pilates, she has helped me build my core muscles and improve my posture and overall muscle strength, alleviating my pain.
My Why
I started the year 2020 with the word “peace” as my theme. I intentionally set a theme every year, and I picked this word because I was living a life short on just that - peace. I was trying to keep it all together in the midst of balancing motherhood and a career I love and finding that at the end of the day, my family, my most precious assets, were definitely not getting the best of me.

The kegel exercise. Quite possibly one of my favorite topics to discuss. ☺ There is a lot of confusion about this exercise. The how, the why, the when.
Inspired and Lifted Up
When I think of the world “inspire,” I think of: creativity, of lifting someone up in a positive way and of breathing. These are the ways I have been affected by Erin. When I first walked into the physical therapy office to see her, I had a limp, a hip out of place and my opposite shoulder and neck hurt so much that it hurt to turn my head, even when I was driving.
