Pain relief through pilates (virtually!)
When I started working with Erin, I was experiencing uncomfortable left hip pain radiating down my leg. Through pilates, she has helped me build my core muscles and improve my posture and overall muscle strength, alleviating my pain. She also works with me on breathing, balance and stretching. I appreciate that every pilates class is unique and look forward to our two to three sessions each week.
Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is very important to me, especially because I frequently babysit my three young grandchildren. Erin also works with me completely virtually, which has given me peace of mind during the pandemic.
